How to stop skype from muting?

Hi.

Well, due to a couple of things that i won't go into here, i need to stop skype from muting the mic/line ine when someone answers the call.
sometimes i just go into volume control after they have answered and do it that way, but that is annoying, so are there anyway to stop it from doing that?
